 The Renovation Plan

  • Install a state-of-the-art rubber/sand infill artificial playing surface.
  • Install a new track surface, including a new asphalt base and a concrete curb
       on the inside lane.
  • Install new runways and landing areas for long jump and pole vault competitions.
  • Install track surfacing in west end of the field for high jump competition.
  • Re-site and install a new field lighting system, increasing illumination area
       and intensity.
  • Replace visitors bleachers.
  • Renovate press box.
  • Renovate restrooms.
  • Renovate concession stands.
  • Install a new sound system.
  • Install a new scoreboard.
  • Install a video board in conjunction with scoreboard and sound system.
  • Create turf replacement fund.

Estimated total cost: $1,800,000

Current estimated completion level: 60%


 

 

Artificial surface is a state-of-the-art rubber infill system. Field markings include both football and soccer.
Light standards moved to improve sightlines, as well as allowing for regulation width soccer field.
Field event runways also moved to the "D" ends.
