 Logo a-go-go!

Workers pre-drilled holes to hang the famed Blue Devil logo
over the four entryways to the main grandstand seating areas.

They then carefully found the centerline ...

... and made sure the logo was going to be level.

After drilling holes in the concrete ...

... bolts were carefully tapped into place.

The logo was then put into place.

That left this "look" facing the field, and the fans when they're exiting.

A great look!

A runner works out on the new track. It is divided into eight lanes as well as four "alleys," which are bounded by the yellow lines. Alleys allow starting more than eight competitors in longer races, such as those 800 meters and above.

A wider view of the field and track, from near the main entrance at the southwest corner. The white fabric covering the track near the common finish line allows the football players and other "cleat wearers" to cross the surface without damaging it.

Just like the pole vault runway, the long jump runway is marked in 10-foot increments to help competitors judge their starting points.
