 Layer two!

With the turf part of the field already covered in coarser limestone, application of the finer grade was starting to go down. The turf will be put down on top of layer.

Workers meticulously assured that the grade level was accurate.

Larger loads of the crushed limetone were being dumped in the center of the field.

Those loads were then flared out on the field to await more accurate grading work later on.

Workers carefully worked the next layer into place, which is level with the top of the nailer boards that were installed earlier on the concrete curbs and runways.

Carefully packing the limestone to meet specifications.

The view of the field from the southeast corner, nearest the main entry gate.

And the view from the northeast corner of the stadium, near the visitors side concession stand.
